DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable. Please make your shoot a priority and clear your schedule. If you are represented I encourage you to alert your team of your shoot date and book out if necessary. A cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

RESCHEDULING

I do allow rescheduling if the request is made at least 48 hours prior (firm) to the hour of your scheduled appointment. However only one reschedule request is permitted.

TARDINESS

Please be respectful of our time and the time of clients scheduled after you. I encourage you to map out the shoot location in advance and please plan for traffic delays, we all know Atlanta traffic is terrible. Please be advised that if you are 30 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY DEPOSIT?

I will request a deposit during your phone consultation via Zelle or Cash App. You may inquire about available shoot dates and times but an appointment can not be confirmed until a deposit is received.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR RESHOOTS?

I do not offer refunds or reshoots. You will be allowed to see the photos periodically during the shoot to make sure your photos fit your needs. Were civil adults please be honest and speak your mind.

DO I NEED A MAKEUP ARTIST?

A makeup artist is highly encouraged for women. Anti-shine products are recommended for men. We will discuss this topic during your consultation.

SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE SHOOT EARLY FOR MAKEUP APPLICATION?

No. Your assigned start time is when makeup application begins. If you declined to hire a makeup artist through me you should arrive to the shoot hair and makeup ready.

WHERE DO YOU SHOOT?

I shoot in Atlanta primarily and Miami periodically. I am able to shoot in studio or on location when weather permits.

HOW LONG WILL MY SHOOT TAKE?

Each look will take about 45 minutes to complete. This does not include time for makeup application.

WHAT IS A LOOK?

A look is simply the combination of a background change and a wardrobe change.

CAN I SHOOT MY TWO/THREE/FOUR LOOK SESSION ON MULTIPLE DAYS?

You may shoot on multiple days but a session fee ($150 = session fee) is required for each shoot date. If hair styling is a concern, women are allowed ample time to change styles between looks. Men are also welcome to shave between looks.

IS A CONSULTATION NECESSARY?

Yes. We will speak by phone prior to your shoot to make sure we are on the same page. I want to know exactly what you are hoping to get out of your shoot.

HOW MANY PICTURES WILL BE TAKEN?

I will shoot until we capture two perfect shots of you. This can be accomplished rather quickly but I will continue to shoot up to the 45 minute mark per look. I’m determined to capture the essence of who you are as much as humanly possible.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PROOFS?

You will receive a link to an online gallery of your photos 24-48 hours after the shoot.

HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY FINAL IMAGES?

Turnaround time for your retouched photos is generally one week. Your final photos will be sent to you electronically via email. I will include print size and Instagram/web size files in your transfer. Print size files are too large to send through standard email. I will also include a print release document in your transfer.

WHERE SHOULD I GET MY HEADSHOTS PRINTED?

Printing is a service I offer, all I need to know is the number of prints you want and they can be mailed to your house or picked up in person. Delivery may take 1-2 weeks but if you’re in a rush then I can recommend some printing services in the Atlanta area.

WHAT IS RETOUCHING?

Retouching is a careful edit of your photo. My goal is to keep all edits subtle, making sure that you look like your photo once my work is complete. This could include adjustments such as removal of skin blemishes, removal of flyaway hairs, slight teeth whitening, eye enhancement, and image color adjustments. A retouching preview will be sent to you for approval once my work is complete.

DO YOU RETOUCH MY PICTURES?

Yes, I can professionally retouch two photos for each look that you have purchased. Additional photos can be retouched for $39 each.

IS RETOUCHING REQUIRED?

Retouching is optional but highly recommended for a photo that you intend to use on professional platforms or social media.

CAN YOU REMOVE MY TATTOO DURING RETOUCHING?

Yes. Tattoo removal is quoted on a case by case basis starting at $5 per photo.

DO YOU SHOOT WITH FILM OR IN DIGITAL?

I shoot digital with a mirrorless camera

DO YOU SHOOT WITH STUDIO LIGHT OR NATURAL LIGHT?

Both. I am able to shoot with studio light or natural light when weather conditions are optimal.

WHAT WARDROBE SHOULD I BRING?

Actors should bring items along the lines of the characters they portray. Business professionals should bring work attire. An item that you love might not photograph well, so make sure you have lots of options. I recommend that you bring two to three wardrobe options for each look that you have purchased. You want to avoid tops with logos, slogans, or writing that could pull attention away from your eyes in the image.

WHO OWNS THE PHOT0S?

I am the owner of the photos. I retain ownership simply to protect both of us from commercial misuse of the image. For example, a company or individual can not take any photo that I have captured and place that photo on a product that is for sale, or on any other form of advertisement. The photographer and the subject must give consent and be compensated for this type of use of the image.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept Cash, Cash App or Zelle. All balances are due on the day of your shoot date.

ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER:

I studied acting in South Florida under some of the greatest teachers I’ve ever met. I have yet to meet any one who cares for their students in the same way while maintaining a love for acting and possessing the wealth of knowledge that they had. As a result I fell in love with acting when I saw my first campus play shortly after my first class. I always had a fondness photography since it is a art, I enjoy beauty in every sense of the word. So I decided to combine my fondness for the art of capturing a beautiful image with my love for the art of being and I created Red Leather Photography, the name was based on my favorite vocal exercise “red leather, yellow leather” Vocal exercises help with annunciation and I hope for Red Leather Photography to help actors define themselves in this dream of a career that we call acting.
